Choosing the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and I understand how important it is to find someone you truly connect with. Therapy with me is a space of safety, curiosity and transformation - a place where you are professionally seen, heard and supported without judgement. Whether you are navigating past wounds, seeking clarity in the present or building resilience for the future, therapy is about more than just problem-solving; It is deepening self awareness, reclaiming your power from past emotional wounds, and breaking unhelpful attachment and behavioural patterns. I take an integrative approach, drawing on integrative psychological modalities and neuroscience to meet you where you are and start with you a journey towards you aspired healing and transformation. Healing is not a linear journey, but you don't have to walk it alone. If you are ready to begin, I am here to guide and support you.
I am an accredited and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, as well as, the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I am an accredited Breath-work Facilitator, Functional Health and Integrative Nutrition, Meditation Facilitator, Mindful living and Creative Arts Healing Coach.
I offer face to face therapy from Exeter Wellbeing Hub, Walk and Talk therapy (Eco-therapy) in and around Exeter National Trusts, and Online therapy sessions.
I work with adults, organisations, couples, trainee counsellors, young adults (18+), and students (18+), offering a compassionate, integrative, and holistic approach to therapy. My work is rooted in the belief that human beings are a living work of art, intricately connected to nature and the universe. I honour neurodivergence, bio-individuality, and personal culture, creating a safe, professional, and empowering environment where you can heal, grow, and transform.
With over 15 years of experience, I have been privileged to guide individuals on their healing journeys from my practice in London to my therapy space in Exeter, as well as internationally. I see therapy as an act of transformation, helping to break cycles of trauma, uncover hidden narratives, and empower your inner alchemy. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or seeking deeper self-awareness, our sessions will provide you with clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of well-being.
